Hello! We have a service request option for new employees to purchase insurance for their devices. We would like to get the request filled out before the employee starts, preferably while they are doing the rest of their pre-employment stuff. Is it possible to have an option for a user that does not have a sign-in to place a service request? Preferably for just the one item, but if not, that is fine. Thank you!
