Hi,

 

How can we stop users getting an email when we assign an asset to them. I don’t see any option under email notificatons?

    Hi,

     

    How can we stop users getting an email when we assign an asset to them. I don’t see any option under email notificatons?

    Check that yo don’t have any worksflows that sends out the e-mail. 


    But there are a list of hidden e-mail notifications that only Freshservice support can disable. 

    So contact the support support@freshservice.com and ask them to disable it.
