Hello,

I’d like to be able to print Knowledge Base articles but when I to, they are unreadable, with the body of the article limited to half of the page width and all of the FS icons, each one taking up an entire page.

We ran into this too.  Print the article from the Support Portal and not from the Agent Portal


We switched to keeping all articles in our sharepoint support portal since we keep user documentation in multiple places. Then in FreshService do a link to the sharepoint document. This also means I don’t have to maintain documentation in multiple places and I have no printing issues.

You can use the print option which is available in the end of the article. Switch over to the support portal instead of the agent portal to print the article.

Anyone know where to submit a feature request? As agents we should be able to print out a solution article. Seems pretty basic, especially if it is available on the support site.

We haven't incorporated this feature yet, but it's definitely on our roadmap. You can write to support@freshservice.com to submit the feature.

I am interested to add Print article in our KB articles, how is it possible to achieve this please ?

What about an export to PDF option ?
