We have some kind of bug in a couple of our change lilfecycles. The field seems to be both marked as mandatory and locked in Change Lifecycle. There is no way to change this.
Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Change - Locked field prohibits setting field mandatory

It’s a weird quirk, delete the transition and then reapply the controls you want :D

No, it’s fine, as when you open it in edit mode it’s draft until you publish it
