No, it is not currently possible to make changes or additions to a change, project, asset, etc., via email using a specific format or key in Freshservice. However, email commands can be used to update ticket properties like status, priority, agent assignment, or adding notes on tickets. Changes, projects, and assets must be managed through the Freshservice portal or via integrations such as workflows and APIs.
