hey all, I know I can configure multiple SSOs in Freshservice, however I need to know is it possible to use two separate Microsoft Entra tenants for SSO within a single Freshservice instance?
All ideas welcome!

Wouldn't that just be 2 SSO setups?
They need to select the tenant they like to login too.
There are no option to "force" SSO with 2 different.

We used two different SSOs for one Freshservice Instance. I don’t see any issue with that.

Configuring SSO in FS is a lot like sending a Morse code message — both rely on clean, accurate signals moving between two systems. If even one “dot or dash” (a setting, certificate, or redirect URL) is off, the whole authentication flow breaks and the message never reaches its destination.
