We have a scenario where our users need to select the exact time on a custom Date Time picker when submitting a Service Item. By default it is set to only allow every 15mins (shown below). We are on Portal v2. Has anyone else out there got any custom code we could use to make this possible on a specific item or several items?
+9Not something I’ve come across before. my best suggestion would be to have time in a text field and then handle it separately.
Why do you need a SPECIFIC time?

+9Ah, intersting. All the time selectors in Fresh are 15 min increments, other than the time entry.

Other Freshservice modules (Problem, Change, Release) allow by minute time/date pickers so it is the inconsistency here which we are finding a little frustrating.
