Is there any way to add column/field on the ticket list from the self service portal?

Hello @Issam.ben.khelifa are you references the “New Ticket” form found in the support portal? If so, then you can customize the incident form from within Admin > Field Manager > Ticket Fields. When you add the type of field you want, make sure that field is displayed to Requesters by checking the appropriate box.
