Dashboard report not displaying the character & correctly

Hi Leigh,

I apologise for getting back to you at a later time on this topic. It looks like there is a flaw in converting the special characters in form fields. 

We have already notified our engineers about this and are working towards a fix. I will keep this thread updated about the progress.
