Didn’t dashboards used to have a limit of 30 widgets? Is there a date for when the new limit was set to 20, and an explanation as to why? We have several business owners that used up to the 30 limit and would like to know why/when this changed.

I’m not sure if this is related, but in September’s release update notes, it is mentioned that there was an increase from 5 to 20 (which is the number you’re mentioning) for Team Dashboards:

Thanks for pointing that out. It may be related, as that would be the time period that we noticed the change, but we definitely used to have up to 30 widgets.
I have 23 Widgets on my dashboard of which 17 are scorecards. I would like to add another scorecard and although the ‘add widget’ button is there I do not have the option to add another scorecard. I can now only add default widgets. I cannot find any documentation in relation to a max number of scorecards? Any ideas please
