Looking for a way to deactivate a Workspace rather deleting it, so can keep the tickets for reporting purposes.

If you are just reporting on it and agents no longer need access to it, just remove the agents rights to the workspace. You could also convert it to “Restricted” as well. Then only people that you explicitly add to the workspace will have access to it. But no need to delete it.
