Is there a way to extract the approval/rejection comment on a larger scale instead of just doing it one by one manually through each service request? Please see screenshot for reference

Not that I could find natively, however you can use postman and do it by uploading all the SR# and running it. It will make individual calls to pull the data, but you won’t have to do it yourself you can automate it to run.

Do you need it just as a report after the fact? In which case I would make a report for it,
