We are looking to hire a Freshservice admin to help support with some of the daily workload.  This will be our first hire that handles only admin level work not configurations etc.

Does anyone have any freshservice related questions that you found helpful in your interviews.

If it’s admin only, then I would be automating it and not hiring someone. You’d spend less money on automating than a new hire. :D

@Roxwell agreed and most of it I have, it's for error investigating and user support that requires the human touch due to our complicated workday integration as well as my least favorite thing to do in Freshservice report building I prefer PowerBi for that haha.  More of the random day to day items then the things I’ve automated away.

I would be looking for someone that can troubleshoot. Doesn’t really matter if they know fresh, it’s not THAT complicated, and easily picked up. I’d be looking for a switched on young thing you an mould.

Or… don’t hire someone, and buy Expertise as a Service.. from people who do it all day long for other’s too!
