I do have a scenario automation that helps in creating tasks with prefilled content. How can i allow/prompt an agent to modify the task details before the task actually gets created? is there some way to get interactive input?

It’s a tricky one, message pop ups in Fresh aren’t a thing. You will have to create the task, and then have them change it, there’s no “working memory” where you can control the inputs. To do this you would need to develop your own custom app.
