How do I combine different software versions into one software application?

Currently our software list is a mess. Different versions of the same software are visible as different software. For example;
 

This is also the case for bigger applications;

    We are having the same issue, do you have an update on how you resolved this?

    Agreed! We have different agencies that all use the same application so while it is separated it is the same thing. It would be nice to be able to combine or merge the software in the system so it isn’t all in different lists
