Is there a way to enable a user so that they can see all of their organizations tickets and not just their tickets when they log in to the portal?

@JamesF  - IF you have any restricted groups that setting will not apply, unless you ALLOW Resicted group sharing in the Security settings. :D

To enable a user to view all their organization’s tickets in the portal (not just their own), first ensure they’re correctly assigned to the organization in your help desk system. Next, check your organization’s sharing settings (e.g., in Zendesk or Freshservice) and enable options like “Members can see all tickets in this organization”. Finally, adjust the user’s role or permissions to grant access to “View organization tickets” or similar settings, ensuring their role doesn’t restrict visibility to only their tickets.
