Looking for the ability to see everything that is assigned to a specific agent group. This would include incidents, service requests, problems, changes, releases, tasks, and projects, in freshservice in a single view. I am yet to see a way to do this within the Freshservice tool itself.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

…. as a report, or via workload, would be how I would do it. :D

Ok I will admit, I can get the information in Analytics by adding a metric for each “Module”. But when I look at the tabular data I still can only view one module at a time. I might have to settle with exporting the data and using a different BI Tool to correlate the data I am looking for.

I don’t think it’s going to let you do tabular of the data together… as it’s all separate modules…. I agree a unified view would be helpful .

Workload management module helps for sure. Wish I could change the view up some though!

This is something we have also looked for and were not able to get especially in a tabular view.  We export out to powerbi.  I believe that there is a powerbi app in freshservice, however, I have never tried them to see what kind of change it makes.
