Hi Support Team,

I have noticed an issue with the localization of notification tags in the email notifications for tickets. Despite setting the language to French, certain tags, especially those related to dates, remain in English. This affects the overall user experience for our French-speaking users.

For instance, in the email notifications, days of the week, months, and other date-related information are still displayed in English. Here are a few examples:

  • {{ticket.creation_date}} shows "Mon" instead of "lun".
  • {{status_page.maintenance.start_time}} shows "July" instead of "Juillet".

It is important for us that all elements in the email notifications are properly localized to ensure clear communication with our users.

Could you please look into this issue and provide a solution to fully localize the notification tags?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

Ilian

Hi @itirel .

This is a Community (user-led) forum.

It seems you may have found a bug or an issue, so, I’d suggest to submit a support ticket instead to Freshworks support.

You may do so directly here:

Submit a ticket : Freshservice

Or Visit the Support Home, where you could even chat with them:

Support : Freshservice

Regards,

It’s done :)

Thanks

Heyy @eeha0120 thank you for jumping in here. @itirel - please do raise a ticket, I will also pass it on to the engineering team responsible for translations to let them know.

Hi @alyssia.correa

Thank you for your response.

I have already raised a ticket (#53683935), but its status remains "open." Could you please look into this?

Hey @itirel - thanks for letting me know. I don’t look at the support tickets but tagging our team. @rajagopal.baladhandayutham - please could you help with any updates?

@alyssia.correa Yes, I will keep this topic updated with any progress.
