Mandatory field in Requestor Fields

 I wanted the 'Last Name' not mandatory and 'Title' as mandatory, I already modified the field properties as shown below: 

 

However, when adding a requestor, it's not reflecting. Like Lastname should not be mandatory but the title instead.

 

Am I doing something wrong? Please advise.

    @raymondcanilao, one thing you can do is double check and make sure that you don’t have any business rules for forms that is manipulating these fields. I ran into a similar situation once. Verify that and if still no dice, then be sure to reach out to support@freshservice.com and get a support team member involved to check your instance of freshservice.

    Thank you for reaching out! 

    The behavior setting that we choose as admins is applicable for requesters when they Sign up or Edit their profiles. 

     

    Kindly make the changes of mandating and non-mandating the fields, and sign up as a new user or edit fields as a requester(Assume identity). You will see the changes reflecting as shown below,
