Anyone know if its possible to modify the form fields after submission?

For example, we have start date and department.

If they choose incorrectly, they will have to cancel and resend.

When you edit the ticket, the description box is empty.

 

 

Wondering if there is a way for us to just edit the fields necessary after submission.

If you just edit it manually and put a ‘. ‘ or a note in the sdescription it will save fine. You can’t by pass the description.

 

You can allow the user to edit the dates in the SSP, and then have a workflow off the back of it, to update the field and notify you too.
