I am starting on our portal and I am seeing 2 different things. On the preview I can see all the cards that I want on our live portal page, but when I save and publish it does not show the same cards on the live portal page. 

I have checked permissions and those are set. A few of these are the default cards that are on the page to begin with.

Hi ​@Mkuskie , After clicking Publish, ensure you’re viewing the portal as a requester, not as an agent or admin. Some elements are only visible to specific roles or workspace members until fully published. Also, if your account uses a non-English primary language, missing translations can cause cards to not render properly. Just ensure visibility is enabled for each card (the eye icon).
