On Friday, we deactivated and deleted a user from the system. Unfortunately, all tickets that were created by this user (around 80) disappeared, and we are unable to locate them. We need these tickets to be restored and reassigned to another user in order to maintain service continuity. Could you please check if it’s possible to restore the deleted tickets and reassign them to a different user?
