Is Freshservice setup so that we can not allow a user to select a date in the past on a ticket?

Freshservice doesn’t do computations in the UX, so you cant’ tell it to disallow a relative date to the current date within the UX.
The only way around it, without a custom app, would be to check it on submission, and then revert the change to the ticket and email//notify someone it’s wrong.
