Check the Trash, it should be in the Ticket view, scroll right to the bottom.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover automatically deleted spam messages after 30 days, as these messages are permanently removed from the system. To prevent this issue in the future, you can periodically review the Spam folder before the 30-day deletion period or adjust your spam handling processes to ensure important messages are restored in a timely manner.
