Hey! We’re in e-commerce too and totally get the struggle. Freshdesk is a great starting point — it’s solid for managing big volumes of customer questions and keeping everything organized. You can set up automations, canned replies, and even a self-service help center to take some pressure off your team.

One thing that really helped us is using the Freshdesk integration with eesel (https://www.eesel.ai/integration/freshdesk-ai). It makes it easy to pull up all your internal docs and knowledge base stuff right inside Freshdesk so agents don’t waste time digging around.
