Hi. Is there a way to add a feature in Freshservice so that the agent can see the approval status? For example, adding in accepted / rejected into the state column. Thanks in advance!

I’m guessing you are referring to the ticket list.

In that case, yes, that's actually a standard field.

In the ticket view you’re using, you may click on the Gear and choose column Approval Status:
