Hi,

I‘d like to use the workload module to manage my agents tasks.

Is there a way for an Agent to set himselfe out of office, so I can see the absence in the workload overview?

Or what is the intended way of using this?

@stephan14x - as ever the Freshworks documents don’t clearly cover it. As a task needs to be associated with a Ticket, I would have an admin Ticket, with the OOO Tasks associated to each Agent. Then it would not mess up your SLAs etc and the team leader can keep track.
