Printing ALL information from Ticket

Is there a way to print out all the information from the ticket including the Activates tab information? 

When selecting Print from in the ticket the print preview is great, but it does not include the activities.

I am looking for a way to be able to gather all information from tickets at random for audits and such with out having to print from the ticket and than Export from the Activities Tab.

Hi.

Sadly that is currently not available.

You would need to do some development (an App) for that.

Playing with API might help as well.

But that's definitely a great Idea. I guess it already exists; you may check it up or submit it as new here:

Greetings from Freshdesk Community. As much as we'd like to assist you, we currently do not have an option to include ticket activities while printing tickets. As an alternative, you can navigate to Admin > Scheduled Exports and enable “Daily export of ticket activities”. 

The export will contain a log of all ticket related updates performed the previous day. You can click on the Edit button of this option to find the URL using which you can fetch the activities data.
