Hello, 

 

I have been looking into the new Workspace in Freshservice and notices that Custom Objects are per workspace and not global as well. 

There are going to be cases where we need the same custom objects in several different workspacies.

To clarify,  There are WFA that uses CO to route tickets or approval flows and duplicate the CO for each workspace is a lot of work and human error are high risk.

Great Idea Daniel..
not got round to looking at workspaces yet but is high on my list!! going to sort out within the month…

It would be good not only to get global Custom objects but also a global settings sections for things like, Global Business rules, Global Workflows, Global form fields. Not sure if they are there as i said not investigated yet but there would be lots of scenarios that would be better globally...

It’s great that this is moving to the Roadmap!
However, please include the request to Search and Sort the custom objects as well.
Please add the ability to reorder the view! Having the custom objects be stagnant in the reverse order by which they’re added is highly annoying, and causes extra effort upon creation.

It's not a documented feature, so does that mean it's a beta feature I can have enabled by support?
