Is it possible to send a blasting message on WhatsApp Business account by Freshchat?

Is it possible to send a blasting message on WhatsApp Business account and luck57 by Freshchat?

As of now, Freshchat (by Freshworks) does not directly support sending bulk or blasting messages through WhatsApp Business. Here’s a breakdown of why and what’s possible:

❌ What You can’t do:

  • Freshchat doesn’t allow message blasting or mass broadcasting via WhatsApp due to WhatsApp Business API restrictions. WhatsApp has strict rules against spammy bulk messaging to protect user experience.
