Are the user-searchable Keywords able to be viewed, listed & maintained by admins?

Is it possible for administrators to access, list, and manage user-searchable Keywords as is currently available for the internal Tags? This capability is essential for maintaining a clean and organized keyword database, enabling administrators to make informed decisions based on search trends and user behavior analytics.
