How is going?
I’m working in a few customizations to my customer, regarding the ticket details page, and also the approval ticket list.
What is the situation? The scripts that I’ve created are not working properly, I don’t why, but on the first time opening and of the pages, the script simply doesn’t run, but when we update the page, it goes as expected in the code that I built.
In the ticket details page, I found a workaround using the localMemo, to set some vars using the location.pathname, and refreshing the page based in some conditions, but in the approval page isn’t working.
Anyone already faced something similar?
My customization in the approval page is a button that shows the attachments inside the ticket.
