Hello

I would like to change our portal home from the default freshservice.
Below the Open Tickets list I would like to have a list with popular or last added Solution Articles.

Does anybody know how to achieve this?

 

I can see that the open tickets are created by:

{{#if portal.logged_in}}
    <section id="home-lists-container" class="list-container">
      {{> loader}}
    </section>
{{/if}}

but what other elements are available? and where can I see them?

@msconfig87 Have you heard anything from support regarding this? I asked about this before last year to their support and didn’t recieve any information besides reach out to a 3rd party partner. 

We would like to modify these tabs as well but there doesn’t seem to be a way of modify this. I looked through the Web Dev tools and found the name of the container but not sure how to really interact with it through the page config. I am assuming loader is their special applicaiton internally that shows types of list containers.

I would like to edit this as well but currently doesn’t seem like that is possible.
