Registering a developer account

I’ve lately experienced issues helping clients register a developer account with https://developers.freshworks.com/signup. All of them have had the same issue where the account selection page kept redirecting to itself infinitely, not letting them finish the process. This doesn’t seem to happen when logging in to an already existing developer account.
I would love someone to help with that!
