Hello, 

Now we have multiple workspaces in our self service portal, I want to make it clearer how to reach each team. 

Does anyone know if it’s possible to add the workspaces to the home screen of the portal to then be able to select which workspace requestors want to raise a request/incident in please, rather than have the ‘Report an incident’ and then have to select workspace from there?

I second this and am following.  This would help decrease cross-workspace tickets when our customers are in a hurry entering a ticket.

You can add workspace id to the url like this:
https://yourcompany.freshservice.com/support/tickets/new?workspace_id=17

If you create a card and use this format for the link I think you should be able to accomplish what you’re trying to do.

Do you know if there is a way we can remove the default cards on the portal too?


If you click on the section (not on the individual card itself) you will will see a ‘Configure elements’ section and from that list you can hide or unhide any or all of the cards!
