Hello all,

i know that the idea of a mulit language support of service articles is already there. 

Cause there wasn’t any reply for it I would like to ask how you solved the issue of multi language services?

Did you only create the SR in one language and all have to follow or is there a easy solution which displays the SR according to the user language?

You need to create a post here on the Ideas page to be counted as a idea. 

The workaround we have is to create dynamic requester groups based on user data and then for each service item we set that only X group can see them.
