We are having some issues with tickets not forwarding from Outlook into Freshdesk. Anyone having the same problem? And maybe know how to fix it? 

I have same issue :(

We are currently noticing a delay in ticket creation for accounts hosted in the EU region. Check out the incident published in our Freshdesk status page.

In case you are not receiving tickets at all in your helpdesk, let us know to help you accordingly.
