Create a category and add multiple sub-categories for a conversation. You can create up to three levels of dependent fields for a conversation.

Bug fixes

These were the bugs detected and they’ve now been fixed.

 

Team Inbox bugs

  1. Incorrect alignment of the Save and Cancel buttons on custom views in the team inbox in other languages.
  2. Pre-filled canned response content appears in the thread editor while viewing Forwarded Threads.
  3. Additional Salesforce contact details are visible on the Apps section.
  4. Content misaligned in the Canned Response pop-up window in team inbox.

Admin experience bugs

  1. Conversations were not assigned by IntelliAssign despite the agent being online and having the capacity.

API bugs

  1. After converting a chat to a ticket from Freshdesk API, and updating Agent details, chat widget in Freshdesk accounts did not reflect the updated Agent and status details.
  2. The order of fields while creating a ticket from Freshdesk API keeps changing for Agents.

Bot builder bugs

  1. Cloning of bot versions with translations causes errors due to missing values in nodes.
  2. Failure to create new flows on existing bots.
  3. Pagination issue causes misalignment of the Q&A list.
  4. Lengthy user queries truncate the Unanswered section in the Natural Language screen.
  5. Bot conditions with numeric values fail due to data type mismatch.
  6. Duration drop-down on the Conversation Settings screen displays empty values if the specified duration exceeds the current existing hour limit.
  7. Custom properties fail to retain the configured values when the bot is previewed.
  8. Inaccurate intent type is captured in Bot Analytics for empty flows.
  9. Dropdown options are displayed as buttons in the bot.
  10. Failure to fetch functions with single quotes in the bot.
