Channel Reachability in Segments
With the latest update, you can now view the reachability of your campaigns within Segments. Reachability is the distribution of your contacts across the different channels that you can engage them. Get data on the number of contacts distributed across various channels. View the list of channels connected with your account, number of contacts on the different channels and their reach percentage.
Facebook Lead Ads in Segment: Now, you can segment your contacts based on Facebook LeadGen forms. This helps you run targeted campaigns from leads generated via social media.
Changes to Freshworks sub-processor list
We plan to update our sub-processor list.

Bug Fixes
Page Visits Segmentation: Some users reported that the filter “Page Visits” in Segments did not work. This is now fixed.
Coupon Code: A few users reported an issue with the Add Coupon block while creating an email, where they were unable to save the CTA button’s URL. This is now fixed.
Segment Triggers in Journeys: Some users reported a configuration issue in Journeys while adding a segment trigger. This has been fixed.
