MichaelI can see that those without an account wont be able to use the management console (have to have a paid version for that,  but a single user basic version isnt super expensive,  so shouldnt deter too much)But looks good i reckon,  well done,  a pity we cant give points for effort cos this is top stuff

i didnt realise that was the case,  i have a ripoff account,  which seems to cost more and more every year for a "lifetime" licenseI cant complain too much it is still the best solution for remote desktop support

I was going to ask if we could change where the js was routing.  I know NZ is the centre of the world,  but for users out of ANZ it might have been a touch slow

How do I use Freshdesk for proactive customer correspondence?

It seems to work quite nicely actually,  but no you cant add canned messages,  or files or cc,  so it needs a bit of work i feelbut better than what was there for sure

I also get the same error as Jack using the latest version of the FreshPlugcan we get some clarification of which one actually works and where to actually setup the information in the freshplug as it seems different in this version to the original (which did at least do something)I find the lack of response on this a little disappointingTo me it should have been made a proper integration and not just a FreshPlug

i would have to say they seem to have put a lot of "sales hype" changing integrations to apps but in reality little has changedInsightly app doesnt exist its still a plug,  which is seriously hopelessit works sort ofmaybe less hype and more substance?i will add my voice to the insightly forum,  but it shouldnt be driven by users IMHO
