Flakey behavior - SLOOOW e-mail assignment & auto-close tickets

Our tickets are currently taking over half an hour to come into FreshDesk from our customer support email.  We also have several tickets where the initial customer email isn't showing up, but any replies they send are.

How to delete tags and how to add several tags?

Any word on when the Manage Tags feature will be implemented?  Only being able to add one tag at a time is a really annoying process.

We can add multiple tags at a time with the new ticket view!  Hooray!

Edit Overdue tags on tickets

I'm interested in finding out how to do this, as well.  A lot of tickets that are set to "waiting on customer" or "pending" will set as Overdue by default, which is not what we want, as we want to keep these tickets open but are still expecting a reply from a customer.

Browser history functionality broken on the helpdesk.

+1, we're having this issue as well (our staff all use different browsers, it's the same in Chrome, Firefox, and IE). It's really frustrating to hit the Back button to view tickets, and get sent to something I was doing hours previously (like creating a customer account).

Our site is throwing HTTP 500 errors

This is also happening to us. The site is just generally loading really slow (we're not experiencing any connection issues), and we are receiving HTTP 500 errors every few pages.
