Hi Tony,Freshdesk app has Crittercism integrated. The permissions android.permission.READ_LOGS and android.permission.GET_TASKS ware added to enable Crittercism crash reporting. Please be assured that we do not retrieve any personal information through the app.Thanks,A.J Sudharshan.

Hi Tony,None of the browser or other apps data like history or bookmarks will be read using this permission. As mentioned in Crittercism documentation, this permission is collect detailed crash report like all running tasks during the crash. The permissions required by the app and their short description listed by the play store is the maximum that the requiring app can perform with the above said group of permissions and need not necessarily perform all of them. Multiple notifications on android app

Hi Rodolphe,There is an issue where two notifications were added for single event, which is resolved and fix will be available in next update. However the issue you have reported has way higher number of duplications. We are also looking into the possibility of GCM sending duplicate messages.
