Hi Lee,  The Appstore URL won't work if you are trying it on a simulator. However , it does work fine on an iOS device. Please do check if you prefixed "id" to the App Store ID incase it doesn't work on a device .

How do I change the OnBackPress behavior on Mobilhelp sdk.

The navigation behaviour can be customized as explained in the Integration Guide.

Caused by: com.freshdesk.mobihelp.exception.MobihelpComponentNotFoundException: Component of Mobihelp SDK not found in your app's AndroidManifest.xml + (com.freshdesk.mobihelp.activity.FeedbackActivity missing!)

The Error you reported usually occurs when you have not enabled manifest merger . Please include a manifestmerger.enabled=true in your App's "project.properties" file and attempt a clean build . This should resolve your issue. Please refer the integration guide for more details.If you are using proguard with your project. Please make sure the "proguard-project.txt" for Mobihelp file is included in your IDE. More details on using proguard is listed here

Can we disable debug log and hence remove READ.LOGS...

   The DEBUG_LOGS permission can be disabled in the latest version of the SDK ( Android - v1.2 ) . You can remove the permission entry from the manifest and Mobihelp SDK will not process debug logs on android versions that require the permission.     We also added support for Image attachments and Auto reply with this version. ( Android and iOS SDK - v1.2 )
