Opera bowser: subit form description field not working

Works fine for me with latest Opera 20.0.1387.91 Are you by any chance using Opera 12 or lower? Opera 15 and above will almost always work exactly like Chrome, but versions 12 and below are based on Opera's own rendering and JavaScript engines so there may be some incompatibilities.

How do i forward emails I release from spam in gmail?

You can prevent Gmail from sending items to spam by making this rule: http://webapps.stackexchange.com/questions/22802/how-can-i-remove-spam-filtering-in-gmail You could also make it forward those emails, and keep them in spam.An SPF record will not help for this issue, it is to help mail that you're sending from Freshdesk get delivered. Thanks Kevin. I actually just have a free account and I am able to use the management console, just not all the features are activated.

I just pushed an update that lets the FreshPlug open new TeamViewer sessions using the Freshdesk proxy, instead of routing requests through my own server. You may need to refresh the page for this to take effect.

The teamviewer.js file is still pulled from my server, this is so I can push updates easily. If you find it's going slow you could open that file in your browser, and put the text inside a <script> block in your FreshPlug settings (remove the CustomWidget.include_js() line of course). You would need to do this every time I released an update though.Once I've added caching (it isn't turned on at the moment) the file should only be requested once a week or so and it won't slow the page down at all.

It seems that Freshdesk or a third party plugin they use introduced a regression with a recent update as their LogMeIn integration has the same problem. I have pushed an update to the TeamViewer freshplug which should work around the issue.For any Freshdesk staff reading this, the issue was caused by restoreSelection() called from insertIntoConversation() accessing non-existent redactor properties.

Hi Nick. I have released a new version which should fix your problem. I have requested freshdesk to update my original gallery post but I've attached it here for now.Please see the relevant line in readme.txt:12. By default this freshplug will place sessions created in the "Freshdesk" group. You may want to change this or you may get an error regarding the group ID when creating a ticket. If so find or make a group in the TeamViewer management console and look at the URL. It should be something like this: https://login.teamviewer.com/nav/group/00000000. Copy the numbers to the groupId field below where you added your token. Add a "g" in front of it so the end result looks like groupId: "g00000000"

Hi VladimirYou will need to download http://freshplugs.orangehost.co.nz/teamviewer/teamviewer.js, translate the text and do one of the following: Host it on your own server (will probably need to be https enabled) and change the line in TeamViewer.txt to point to the new URL. Make sure you keep it a protocol relative url (starts with double forward slash, not http:// or https://) Replace the line in TeamViewer.txt which references the old URL with the contents of teamviewer.js The line to change in TeamViewer.txt is: CustomWidget.include_js("//freshplugs.orangehost.co.nz/teamviewer/teamviewer.js");
