Cole,It is not possible via API to get all the articles without specifying the folder_id and category_id at the moment.You could make use of the View All Solution Articles API to get all articles for a specific folder.

Hello Dybizbanski,There is no direct API to filter tickets only based on status. However, I can suggest you to use another API to get the same result.You could create a custom view by filtering based on status in tickets page. Please refer this article if you need more information on how to do that.Once the custom view is created, you can fetch tickets using Custom ticket view APIThe API endpoint would be,http://domain.freshdeks.com/helpdesk/tickets/view/[view_id]?format=jsonNote: 1. domain.freshdeks.com => your freshdesk url2. view_id is the id which you can see in the url after you saved the view.Hope this suggestion suits your needs.

No. It's not possible to create a view using API at the moment. I suppose creating a custom view based on status will be a one time activity. I suggest you to use the above said approach.However, if you could elaborate on "It's the only way I can access the account",  I will try to find out the best possible solution for your needs.

Cozano,There is no such API to add a reply to a ticket. Get List of tickets with survey completed

Dewar,It is not possible at the moment to fetch survey results for a bunch of tickets using single API call. The possible workaround is to loop through the tickets and get thier surveys.

Set user external_id fields

Crabbe, No. It's not possible to update external_id of a contact via API. Hence it is marked as a readonly field in api doc. May i know why would you want to update the external_id? If you want to store any extra info for a contact, You could create a custom field for contacts and try updating the same via API.As you rightly said, server should return 4xx for client errors. We are actively working on error handling now and we will make sure that this will also be taken care. Hope my suggestion suits your need.  Please revert back if you still have any concerns.

Need suggestion for solve require_login":true

vijayakumar,{"require_login":true} will be thrown only if the credentials are wrong or improperly base 64 encoded. In this case, the API keywas given in the wrong place. 'Api_key' present in authIfo varibale is a placeholder to put you api key (i.e., before the colon)Below  line string authInfo = "Api_Key:qswMtWmKtdsdfldfjdl; Should be changed to string authInfo = "qswMtWmKtdsdfldfjdl:X; After the above changes are made, the program should properly run.Let us know if you run into any issues.

Ticket list through API limited to the last 30 days?

George,Thank you for trying out API V2. And to answer your question, Yes. It is by design that default filter gives you only tickets created within 30 days. If you want to pull all tickets, you could make use of updated_since filter. If updated_at of first modified ticket is given, it will list all tickets updated since then. Please refer this section for more details on how to use updated_since filter:  http://developer.freshdesk.com/api/#list_all_ticketsWe will reflect this in documentation section more clearly soon. Freshdesk Webhooks in observer not working

Miranda, There could be a chance that your request payload might miss some mandatory fields. If you haven't changed the default configuration of ticket fields then status and priority fields are mandatory in tickets which are missing in your payload that could possibly cause an error.  Could you please try similar payload using curl and check if it is returning back successful response?
