I want to change my support URL

Hi,  Thank you for reaching Freshdesk.  Regarding your query, the URL change for your account would be carried out from the backend on our side.  Please note that once the URL has been changed, any forwarding rule that you had setup in the support mailbox would change and you would have to make the necessary configurations for the same.  You can refer to the article for reference regarding the email setup,  https://support.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/37541-forward-and-convert-your-support-emails-to-tickets-in-freshdesk Please do confirm if we can go ahead with the URL change process.  Warm Regards, Divya  Freshdesk Support Team
