Public URL Styling

This is the public ticket url. We do not have an open portal (no user login) so we are attempting to use the public URL to at least give them some kind of place to view status. However, it looks awful and has a login function/link we cannot use. Any advice is helpful!

Zapier Integration missing data

Is this resolved? I just asked Freshdesk support about this and they basically had no answer. I feel like this is a flaw in the API to not pass agent information over to Zapier. They just sent me to webhooks too. If this is a common issue is there an exact recipe we can use? I am trying to set up a Zap to send to Asana. Asana connect is not working for us since it isn’t automatic.
