Freshservice Release Notes - Oct 2022release notes

Can’t believe Freshworks released the ticket UI update with so many bugs! It’s already a challenge trying to get our customers to use Freshservice, and then this happened. I wonder how long the issues will be fixed considering it’s a very long list.

Change "To" field when using Agent Reply in Freshdesk

Freshworks should really look into this and consider its implementation even in Freshservice. This is a basic operational requirement. We can’t be just Cc persons that requires to be addressed directly in any communication.
