Hi @aravind.sundararajan It will be helpful if you could provide the Support ticket ID to track the status.

In Freshdesk Getting 403 error: "You are not authorized to perform this action" while open or create the particular ticket

Hi @aravind.sundararajan this is not happening for Specific group, this happening for all the agents and admins who are all accessing Freshdesk instance. When we opens the ticket it pops the error message.We checked with the API’s and Agent Roles but unable to resolve this error. Could you please help us to resolve this issue.
