Email Notifications not working from Freshdesk

 I have created a ticket on this; their email server appears to not be sending mail.

Paste in clipboard images from Internet explorer

Does not work from IE9, but does from Chrome/Firefox.  Not seeing this posted anywhere else, just wondering what the status is? Thanks!

Auto complete for forward/bcc/cc not working properly after update

 Seems to be very case sensitive, and can't type too many letters of the name.IE.  I tried to add "Jerrod" to an email chain, I had to type in Jerro to get it to come up, if I typed in Jerrod, it did not find anything.
